General Job Objective:
Designing and implementing extracurricular school activities that promote educational values, develop students’ skills, and support a positive learning environment within the school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement annual and semester-based activity plans.
- Supervise student groups such as broadcasting, journalism, arts, theater, and others.
- Organize events, competitions, and national and school celebrations.
- Identify and nurture students’ talents and provide them with appropriate support.
- Document implemented activities and submit periodic reports to the school administration.
- Promote positive values and behavior through educational activities.
- Contribute to improving the school environment in coordination with the administrative staff.
- Build effective relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
Job-Related Tasks:
- Propose innovative initiatives to activate activities and expand their educational impact.
- Design surveys to measure student satisfaction and improve programs based on results.
- Coordinate with community organizations to implement educational outreach programs.
- Prepare reports documenting activity achievements and outstanding student participation.
- Support student guidance and counseling processes through enrichment programs.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
Professional Experience:
Minimum of two years of experience in the educational field or school activities (preferably with experience as an Activity Leader or Program Coordinator).
